💙 Belonging Matters — Mental Health Awareness WeekJoin us for two free community sessions during Mental Health Awareness Week.
This year’s theme is Belonging Matters, and these sessions are about creating space to connect, reflect and talk honestly about mental health, wellbeing and the realities of everyday life — including loneliness, burnout, stress, overwhelm and simply trying to keep everything going.
Come as you are.
No pressure. No judgement. Just connection, conversation and support.
🌿 Tuesday 13 Oct Women-only session
🌿 Thursday 15 Oct Open to everyone
Meg Cowan and the Chaos Fairy team will be hosting, joined by our special guest Jules Miln, ADHD & Neurodivergent Coach.
We’ll begin at 11:00am with a relaxed welcome and introduction.
Meg, founder of Chaos Fairy, will talk about this year’s Belonging Matters theme, the importance of wellbeing and self-care, and the work Chaos Fairy is doing to provide practical, compassionate support in our community.
Jules will then share her knowledge and experience around ADHD, neurodivergence and supporting people to better understand themselves and the way their brains work.
Afterwards, there’ll be plenty of time to chat, ask questions, share experiences and talk about where support might help.
You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You are welcome exactly as you are. 💙
