About this Event
Attracting international talent is only the first step. The bigger challenge is building the sense of belonging, trust and cohesion that make people stay.
Mental Fitness for International Talent Retention is a practical workshop series for leaders and teams in international companies.
Led by Irene Anggreeni, mental fitness coach, trainer, TEDx speaker and an international herself, in partnership with Rotterdam International Center.
For: Leaders and HR bringing the practice back to their people · Teams attending together? Yes, it works best that way!
👥 Small group, for interactive and practical engagement
🎁 You'll receive a digital resource kit so you can bring the tools back to your team
The sessions build on each other. Each also stands alone.
SESSION 2 of 3 — Mental Fitness for Team Cohesion: Building high-performing cross-cultural teams
Silent attrition starts long before a resignation, with people who stop offering ideas or stop raising disagreements. This session works on what sits behind that.
What you'll learn:
• The 4 pillars of high-performing teams (purpose, trust, mutual accountability, healthy conflict) and how to apply them across cultures and languages
• How to identify the saboteurs — Critic, Avoider, Hyper-Achiever — that hijack communication and erode trust in international teams
• Why healthy conflict is harder across cultures, and what it costs a team when disagreement goes underground
• A structured, repeatable practice to catch saboteurs in the moment, manage stress and stay grounded in high-pressure conversations
You'll leave with shared language for what happens in your team under pressure, a repeatable practice for the moment it happens, and a resource kit.
Invoice available by request. Team rate available for 3+ from one organisation. For either, email [email protected]
Tickets are non-refundable, but they're fully transferable. If you can't make it, send a colleague instead. Just send me their name and email address before the session and I'll swap the registration.
