SESSION 3 of 3 — Sustainable Performance: Preventing burnout, maintaining engagement
International professionals often carry pressures their local colleagues don't, and are less likely to ask for support. By the time it shows, they have usually already decided. This session is about noticing earlier.
What you'll learn:
• How to notice when someone is running on empty, and open the conversation before they quietly decide to leave
• The saboteur patterns behind overwork and disengagement, and why the highest performers hide them best
• What makes it harder for international professionals to ask for support, and how to lower that barrier without singling anyone out
• How to protect your own capacity, so you are steady enough to hold theirs
You'll leave with a clearer read on strain signals in your team, language for the conversation you have been avoiding, and a resource kit.
Invoice available by request. Team rate available for 3+ from one organisation. For either, email [email protected]
Tickets are non-refundable, but they're fully transferable. If you can't make it, send a colleague instead. Just send me their name and email address before the session and I'll swap the registration.
