Be gently guided through a transformative sound bath experience designed to calm overactive thoughts and evoke peaceful imagery. Mental health sound baths work to increase your sense of safety through binaural auditory stimulation allowing for processing of complex emotions with balanced input from the emotional and rational sides of our brain working in harmony. This experience is for everyone who feels they have too much going on and need a moment to explore real healing strategies and deep rest and relaxation. And if you need a weekly haven, rest assured each week will be a different and new experience.
