A place for men to connect and be heard, held the last Thursday of every month at Healing Within Wellness Center in Little Canada.
Each evening has an opening check-in, a theme, a sharing round and a grounding close. Our circle agreements: what's shared here stays here, speak from your own experience, no fixing or advice unless asked, phones away, and everyone may pass. First names only and no photos.
This is a peer-support circle, not therapy or treatment, and it sits alongside counseling and medical care rather than replacing them.
Last Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 PM ($20). November meets Tuesday, Nov 23 because of Thanksgiving. Reserve your spot online.
