We’re so excited to offer Anger Management Groups at Lighthouse Counseling!Anger is a normal emotion. Learning how to understand it, manage it, and respond differently can make all the difference.
Our new 8-week groups for men and women will focus on understanding triggers, developing healthier coping skills, improving communication, and creating meaningful change.
Women’s Group: Saturdays | 9:30–10:30 AM
Men’s Group: Saturdays | 11 AM–12 PM
January 16 – March 6, 2027
$40/session | Adults 18+
To keep each group small and supportive, only 10 spots are available per group.
