Helen is a clinical pharmacist specialising in menopause care and she's joining us for a relaxed afternoon at the centre
She'll open with a talk and Q&A, then we'll break for tea and cake - after that Helen will see women privately for 10 minute one-to-ones while Autumn leads a group session on the same theme
Doors open at 1.30pm so you can settle in with a cuppa
Tickets are £5 to purchase online or in the centre in advance (also available on the door)
One-to-ones are limited to six, so message Autumn to book yours sharpish to avoid disappointment!!
