A monthly community textile repair session on the first Monday of the month, 12:30 - 3pmWhether you just fancy some company while sewing on a missing button or are looking for some help with a repair everyone is welcome!
Victoria from Cotton and Cogs brings a selection of supplies including threads, yarns and needles to the session you can use, but feel free to bring your own, We help each other and share skills while enjoying a cuppa and a chat.
So whether you're looking to save a favourite item, make friends, learn a new skill, or support the community by sharing your skills please join us!
We currently work with hand sewing / darning / needle felting / knitting / crochet - though have plans to expand to sewing machines in the future (watch this space!)
Our drop in is free to attend - we want this to be as accessible as possible to everyone, however donations to help cover costs and support Grove Park Community Group are hugely appreciated.
