About this Event
The next Queer Gardening session is Wednesday 22nd April, at Gracemount Community Garden 11am-3pm. It's handy that a lot of the skills we can use to survive and look after each other also help us get less reliant on unfair systems. Mending's one of these sets of skills, and a great excuse to sit around and chat with tea (possibly even in the sun?). All abilities welcome, just bring along a piece of clothing you'd like to mend. We can teach the basics, and we'll have materials for mending.
No need to come along for the whole session, just drop in as works for you. We'll have a lunch break about 1 with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. Further information about the group and garden accessibility here: https://queergardening.carrd.co/
