Mending After Betrayal is an eight-week, therapist-led group for women navigating the emotional and relational impact of sexual betrayal.Betrayal can leave you questioning what was real, struggling to feel safe, and wondering whether you can trust yourself or your relationship again.
This confidential group offers space to understand what happened, process grief and loss, work through shame and self-blame, establish healthy boundaries, and begin rebuilding self-trust.
You don’t have to know whether the relationship will survive to begin discovering how you will.

When: Wednesdays, 5:00–6:30 PM
Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $65 per group session
(A discounted rate is available when you pay for the full 8-week group up front.)
