💙 Welcome to MEN MATTER 💙Today we're proud to launch MEN MATTER – a new men's mental health and wellbeing group for Blackburn and the surrounding area.
Our aim is simple: to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where men can come together, talk openly, support one another, and realise they don't have to face life's challenges alone.
Whether you're struggling, looking to improve your wellbeing, wanting to meet new people, or simply need someone to listen, MEN MATTER is here for you.
🚀 Our first session takes place on Tuesday 9th June 🕕 6:00pm – 7:30pm 📍 CVS Building, 45 Railway Road, Blackburn, BB1 1EZ
There is no judgement, no pressure, and no expectation to share more than you're comfortable with. Just a room full of people who understand the importance of connection and support.
We know there are many men out there who could benefit from knowing this group exists, so we're asking for your help.
