Men Are Stronger Together
MAST is a men's community initiative based in Leigh, built on one simple idea: no man should have to struggle alone.
We bring men together through regular fortnightly Walk & Talk sessions, creating a relaxed space to connect, get outdoors, and support one another without pressure or judgement.
There's no agenda beyond showing up.
You walk, you talk if you want to, you listen if you don't.
Some men come for the exercise, some come for the company, some come because they just need somewhere to be.
All are welcome.
Your first two walks are completely free
Only £5.00 per walk therafter.
This session takes place at Leigh Miners Welfare Institute.
