November is Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Awareness Month 💜This November, take an important step toward understanding your brain health with a free memory screening from the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Green County.
A memory screening is a simple wellness tool that can help identify possible changes in memory and cognition. Even if no concerns are detected, the screening can provide a baseline of your current cognitive health, making it easier to monitor changes over time.
🧠 What to expect:
• Screenings take approximately 30 minutes
• Free and conducted in a private setting
• Learn more about normal vs. abnormal aging
• Get a baseline for your cognition
• Learn strategies for supporting brain health
