In partnership with the Westfield Fire Department, we invite you to join us on the second Tuesday of every month for our Memory Care Café - a welcoming and supportive gathering for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.While loved ones enjoy engaging games and activities with our staff, care partners have the opportunity to connect with others, share experiences, learn valuable resources, and find encouragement in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Light refreshments will be provided. We look forward to welcoming you for a morning of connection, compassion, and community.
