This workshop explores effective strategies for building membership, inspiring engagement, and growing a thriving community from vision to reality. Participants will learn how to communicate a compelling vision, attract and welcome prospective members, foster a culture of inclusion, and sustain involvement through every stage of development. The session also addresses common challenges in group formation and growth, offering practical tools for building a resilient, diverse, and enduring community. 

Plan to stay after for informal networking, a light lunch will be offered.
