Do you want to slow down?To be together in a calm way?
Experience how a shared breathing rhythm can soothe the body?
And maybe lean into soft cuddling?
Welcome to Melt’n’Breathe - a paired breathing meditation.
We dive into slowness, presence, and explore how breath can guide us into a more regulated, open, and receptive state.
We will pair up and practice to lean into another body, another's breath, and experience how that can support our own nervous system. We explore the art of co-regulation.
How the workshop unfolds:
We open in a circle, then land in our bodies through movement and gentle exercises and then we dive into the practice of Melt'n'Breathe.
Melt'n'Breathe is inspired by the practice of Belly2Belly. The practice is used across the world and is popular on the scene of conscious relating.
You can come as you are. You are also welcome to bring a friend, lover, or partner and do the workshop with them.
Live music
This workshop will be accompanied by live handpan tunes played by Victor Elias Johansen.
