For onboard safety, tall, pointed and stiletto heels are not permitted. Flat shoes or low, chunky heels are recommended.

- Penne Pasta Salad – With capsicum, carrot and spring onion.
- Crispy Noodle Salad – Wombok cabbage with a sweet soy dressing.

Please arrive early and look for All Event Cruises staff and security in the undercover gazebo area.

Shared Dining & Group Seating
A seating plan will be arranged for this event. Guests wishing to sit together must use the same mutually agreed group name when booking separately.
For example, "Smith Family Table".
Guests only wishing to sit with others included in their own booking should enter "None" in the group name field.
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure may not be able to be seated with other guests who have already been allocated a table.

Check In
Info: At Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal, Wharf Rd, Newcastle
Please look for the All Event Cruises staff at the undercover Gazebo area. Persons that arrive late and miss check in may not be able to board the boat with no refund.
🕑: 12:45 PM - 12:55 PM
Boarding
Info: The vessel does not "live" at the wharf. It will pull into the wharf at approximately 12:45pm to allow for boarding. Times are at the discretion of AEC management and vessel Captain.
🕑: 01:00 PM
Departure
Info: The gangway will be pulled up from wharf and the boat will leave the wharf. The gangway cannot be put back out for persons that arrive late at the wharf and have missed check in. No refund for missing the boat.
🕑: 04:30 PM
Return
Info: The boat will pull in at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal ay approximately 4:30 pm to drop guests off.
