WHAT TO EXPECT
We have a great selection products from past collections and samples for everyone to shop over our 4 day warehouse sale. Replenishment of new stock will happen throughout Friday and Saturday morning.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales and prices are final. We will be operating a strict no returns, no exchange and no refund policy. This also means customers cannot return, exchange or refund to our online store or boutique. No items can be put aside or left behind the counter.
It is the customers’ responsibility to check their garments prior to transactions and before leaving the premises. Note that there may be samples/seconds/faulty items on the floor and all pricing has been taken in consideration – all prices are final. There are no further discounts offered on samples/seconds/faulty items. Any other discount code or promotional offer cannot be used conjunction with the SIR warehouse sale.
Nothing in these terms and conditions exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Piles or groups of clothes are not to be placed on the floor. Any customer who is found to be causing a disturbance or creating a negative shopping environment will be referred to the security team and may be asked to leave.
SIR has the right to search bags upon entry and exit of the premises. There will be security guards on site, including female security in the communal change room area.
CUSTOMER FAQ’s
QUEUING TIMES
We will try and update this event page as best we can with updates on queue times. Peak hours are usually between 8am – 12pm Friday. We will be restocking over the duration of the event so if you’d prefer to avoid the rush we recommend coming Friday afternoon or Saturday.
PARKING
There is no parking provided, please park on surroundings streets and research this prior to arrival.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
There are bus stops & train stations nearby, ensure you plan your travel ahead.
TRADING HOURS
Our trading hours are below, and we will be proving updates on expected wait time as best we can through our Facebook event page. We recommend you come prepared with supplies - snacks, water and sunscreen!

AMENITIES
There are no bathroom amenities at the sale.
BAG SEARCHES
All bags and prams will be searched on entry and exit. Large bags, including back packs, trolley bags and suitcases will be refused at entry. There will be security guards on site, including female security in the communal change room area. SIR has the right to search bags upon entry and exit of the premise. We recommend coming with as little as possible, so your hands are free to shop!
DISCOUNTS
No further discounts apply.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards including American Express are all accepted. SIR Gift Cards or store credits cannot be used.
CHANGE ROOMS
There will be a communal change room.
PAYMENT CONCERNS/RE-ENTRY
Unfortunately we cannot hold stock so please prepare your payment before reaching the counter. Due to the number of customers during the day we ask that all credit card limits and transfers are considered prior to reaching the POS. We cannot accept over the phone payments or use credit cards that are not physically present.
RETURN POLICY
In respect of items purchased at the archive sale, there is a strict policy of no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind or for flaws in the item(s) visible at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their items(s) before purchasing.
FAULTS & EXCHANGES
There may be samples/seconds/faulties on the floor – all prices are final – the markdowns are significant and already consider the condition of each item. There are no further discounts offered on samples/seconds/faulties
