MEGHALAYA: MEAT. BBQ. ROCK & ROLL. TRIBAL CUISINE.
Meghalaya Fire & Feast rolls into town with a heavyweight line-up: BBQ legends, pitmasters and chefs from Meghalaya’s Khasi, Garo and Jaintia tribes, bringing smoked meats, glowing coals and a serious love for smoked meat.
On the grills: low-and-slow barbecue, meat over open flames and tribal recipes handed down through generations. These chefs have put in the hours. Come taste why they belong on this bill.
Cold beer pouring. Cocktails shaking. Motorcycles gleaming. Live bands tearing up the stage and DJs with unusual tastes and questionable respect for genre boundaries. Music curated by Harley Rock Riders, with the volume where it belongs.
Come hungry. Get close to the fire. Make some noise.
BURN, BABY, BURN.
