This in-person event is for attendees interested in a breathwork and sound bath journey.
About the event
There is a younger you who still lives inside: curious, tender, and longing to be seen. This 90-minute guided journey is an invitation to turn toward that part of yourself, not to fix or change anything, but simply to see, witness, and love them exactly as they are. Featuring Poly Vagal Breathwork™, a technique developed by Kin Unified Healing, the practice uses breath, voice, and sound to create a safe, gentle space for that meeting.
What to expect:
- Opening meditation: We begin in stillness with a guided meditation that helps you arrive, soften, and invite your younger self to come forward.
- Rhythmic breathwork and vagal toning: Steady, guided breathing settles the nervous system and creates the sense of safety that lets your inner child feel welcome.
- Two-stage pranayama: A structured, active breath practice that opens the heart and makes space for whatever feelings want to be felt.
- Somatic vocal release: Sighs, tones, and sounding give voice to the parts of you that may not have been heard.
- Rhythmic chanting and call-and-response: Simple, playful group vocalizations that invite you to be free and unselfconscious again.
- Sound bath: You'll close by lying back and resting in waves of sound, holding your younger self with tenderness.
No experience is needed, and you are always free to move at your own pace.

It is suggested that you bring a yoga mat. No experience is needed. Come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal, if you'd like, for reflection afterwards.
