In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a shamanic journey to meet your birth totem and receive direct insight from your own guiding system. This is where self-trust begins—working with your nature, not against it, so you can move through life with clarity, alignment, and grounded power.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket.
About your host:
Heather Leighton is an author and shamanic practitioner, and the founder of The Ankara Academy, guiding individuals through awakening, healing, and intuitive development. She has initiated over 100 people into a shamanic path, delivering practitioner trainings online and through immersive retreats, including her renowned annual journey to Mongolia where students work with powerful shamans to unlock their spiritual gifts. Bridging core shamanism with health science and traditional Chinese medicine, her work supports those ready to move beyond survival and into embodied power, self-trust, and deep connection with their guiding system.
