Dawn and Sarah will be introducing you to practices using Crystal Therapy, Energy Awareness and Sound to help you reconnect to the spiritual dimension of life and Higher Self.

This workshop introduces the nature of the Soul's rhythm. Designed to allow space for you to build coherence with your higher self and integrate any healing. Remembering that we are all part of an eternal field, sharing spiritual interconnectedness that is intrinsically healing, awakening within.
