Meeting the Buddha - Movie Screening at UW Madison

Meeting the Buddha is more than a documentary — it’s a cinematic bridge between the timeless wisdom of the Himalayas and the modern world. Following the journeys of the 16th Karmapa and Lama Ole Nydahl, it tells a story of friendship, courage, and a vision that transcended borders and transformed countless lives.

Already recognized with international awards, the film invites audiences to experience a rare and profound spiritual transmission on the big screen.

We are fortunate to see this movie on the big screen at the Marquee Cinema on the UW campus for the first time in Wisconsin.
