Have you ever felt drawn to a particular animal or wondered if one might have a message, lesson, or wisdom to share with you?
Join artist, meditation guide, and intuitive facilitator Jennifer Narr for a unique 4-hour experience that blends guided meditation, reflection, creativity, and personal exploration.
During this workshop, you'll be guided through a relaxing visualization journey designed to help you connect with your spirit animal. After the meditation, you'll have time for journaling, reflection, and discussion before bringing your experience to life through painting.
No artistic experience is necessary. This workshop is about connection, creativity, and self-discovery, not creating a perfect painting. Whether your spirit animal appears clearly or symbolically, you'll be supported throughout the process.

This workshop will be held at Jennifer Narr Art Studio on private property in Elk River, Minnesota.
For privacy and security reasons, the exact address will be provided after ticket purchase. The studio is conveniently located approximately 2 miles west of the Elk River Golf Club.
