Join us for the very first Meet Us Outside event - a 4.9-mile walk through Epping Forest, with a breathwork stop-off mid-route to slow down, drop in, and actually switch off.
In partnership with Noosh, we'll be fuelled by the good stuff. 🍵

📍 Getting the tube/train? Meet us at Liverpool Street Station at 10am
🚗 Driving? Meet us at Chingford Station at 11am

✦ What to bring
- 💧 Water bottle - hydration is a personality trait
- 🍫 Snacks - in case you get hangry midway
- 🕶️ Sun hat & sunnies - weather dependent (this is London, bring both and pray)
