Reiki Meditation - 1 Day Retreat

All are welcome to join Reiki Master, Gwen Allison for an enjoyable day of beautiful Reiki-based meditations.
JOURNEY THROUGH THE REIKI PRINCIPLES
This very special one-day retreat is curated around the Reiki Principles and is designed to allow you to escape the demands of daily life, de-stress and open your mind to the wonders of meditation.
It's also a great way to gently experience Reiki if you have not done so before.
We will finish with a beautiful sound bath, so by the end of our day, you will feel replenished, calm and uplifted.
FINDING EASE AND PEACE
Set in a tranquil, spiritual space, you will be free to explore your experiences, ask questions, mingle with like-minded souls and have all you need to start or enhance your daily meditation practice.
The day is open to everyone. You do not need to be attuned to Reiki or be an advanced meditator to enjoy the day.
There will be several meditations throughout the day, bringing balance and clarity to the mind as well as deep relaxation and healing to the body.
The day will include the following:
✨ A short explanation about Reiki.
✨Simple Breath Meditation
✨Deep Hara Breathing Meditation (To connect to the flow of life)
✨Gratitude Practice (To raise your vibration)
✨Heart Resonance Meditation (To open your heart)
✨Loving-Kindness Meditation - Metta Bhavana (To bring forgiveness of self and others.
✨Deeply relaxing sound bath.
There will be talks and discussions to help you:
🦋Understand the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress
🦋 Understand the benefits of meditation
🦋Learn simple tools to deal with anxiety, worry and anger 'in the moment.'
🦋Learn how to begin or maintain your daily meditation practice
