Join us for an elegant evening with Champagne Billecart-Salmon, featuring a four-course dinner and curated Champagne pairings. As you relax and enjoy each course, a special guest from the winery will share insights into the vineyards, winemaking traditions, and distinctive character of these world-class Champagnes.

ABOUT CHAMPAGNE BILLECART-SALMON:

At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
