Funder’s Forum Edmonton invites you to join us for a special Meet the Funder Speed-Dating Event, bringing together representatives from Edmonton’s charitable sector with local funders who support programs and projects in two areas:
- HOUSING
- CHILDREN & YOUTH SUPPORTS
This fun, low-stress event is designed to create space for charitable organizations and funders to connect.
Before registering, please review the attached funder descriptions carefully to determine whether a current or prospective project aligns with the interests and priorities of one or more participating funders. During online registration, you may select up to seven funders you would like to meet. A maximum of five connections will be scheduled.
Participants should come prepared to share a brief three- to four-minute snapshot of their organization, program, or project during the speed-dating portion of the event.
Conversations will focus on Housing and Children & Youth Supports. The day will also feature guest speakers and a hosted networking lunch, providing additional opportunities to connect with funders and colleagues from across Edmonton’s charitable sector.
Registration is required, and space is limited to 100 charitable organizations, with one representative permitted per organization. A modest registration fee of $35 per participant will help offset event expenses.
Registration through Eventbrite closes November 9, 2026, or earlier if the event reaches capacity. All registered participants will receive a detailed agenda, including their speed-dating assignments, prior to the event.
