Are you looking for a wonderful way to inspire your students and celebrate Wisconsin storytelling this fall?As part of the upcoming UntitledTown Book and Author Festival, we are thrilled to invite grade-school classes and youth groups out for an exclusive, completely free field trip on Friday, September 25, at the Brown County Central Library.
Students will have the unique opportunity to meet award-winning Wisconsin children’s author Laura Anne Bird, author of the Midwest Independent Books gold prize winner Marvelous Jackson.

Where: Central Library auditorium (Green Bay, WI)
Cost: 100% Free (Generously sponsored and presented by The Art Garage, the City of Green Bay, and UntitledTown)
What to Expect: Laura will talk with students about her writing, share stories, and answer questions. She will also be available to chat individually with kids and sign books!
About the Author & Book
A Milwaukee native and University of Notre Dame English graduate, Laura Anne Bird lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Her acclaimed middle-grade novel, Marvelous Jackson, is a heartwarming and humorous follow-up to her debut, Crossing the Pressure Line. Her works have garnered prestigious honors from the Independent Book Publishers Association, the Midwest Independent Publishers Association, and the Arts + Literature Laboratory’s Wisconsin Writers Awards program.
