Are you putting your hand up for Derwent Valley Council in this year’s Local Government Election?Come along, meet your community and take the opportunity to share your ideas, vision and priorities for the Derwent Valley if you are elected.
This evening is an opportunity for all candidates to come together, introduce themselves to the community and talk about what they hope to bring to the table as a representative of the Derwent Valley.
Community members will also have the opportunity to hear from the candidates and ask questions about the issues that matter to them.
Each candidate will have an opportunity to speak about their priorities, vision and what they believe they can contribute to our community.
Following the candidate presentations, there will be an opportunity for community members to ask questions directly to the candidates. Due to time constraints, questions may be limited to one or two questions per person, depending on the number of questions and time available.
