MEET MOTHA AT THE MARKET: A 6-Week Farmers Market Link-Up
Never Been to the Farmers Market? Come With Us!
Been wanting to check out your local farmers market but don’t know where to start? Maybe you don’t know what to buy, what some of those veggies even ARE 😂, or you simply don’t want to go by yourself.
Come link up with us! 🌿💚Everybody’s invited — ladies AND fellas! 🌿
Our fire week began 8/15/2026 with thunder and lighting! This resulted in a cancellation. So for the next 5 weeks, Meet Motha at the Market is bringing together people who want to eat a little fresher, shop a little more locally, try new foods and connect with other people who are on their own health and wellness journeys too. Rain,Sleet or Snow!
This isn’t just “meet us at the market and walk around.”
We’re making an experience out of it!
🌿 What Makes Our Market Link-Up Different?
When you arrive, you'll receive your Motha’s Market Guide to help you explore the market with a little intention.
We’ll FIND IT, TRY IT, ASK IT & USE IT as we explore what’s fresh, local and in season. Challenge yourself to pick up something you've never tried, talk to the farmers, get ideas for using your fresh finds and decide how you're actually going to use what you take home — because we are NOT buying beautiful produce just to let it die in the refrigerator. 😂
And bring your questions!
Meals From The Motha® owner Chef Koby is a Certified Health Coach and Plant-Based Chef, so this is your opportunity to ask questions about fresh foods, plant-based eating, cooking, ingredients and simple ways to bring more whole foods into your everyday life.
I may not know every vegetable or have a recipe for everything we find — and that's okay! We're exploring together. We can talk with our farmers, learn something new and get curious about our food.
👗 And Baby, Put On That Sundress!
This is a farmers market link-up — we can learn AND be cute! 😂🧺
Each week will have its own fun color theme so our crew can easily find each other at the market. Ladies, throw on your favorite sundress. Fellas, y’all better pull out whatever color we wearing too! 😂💚 Shirt, hat, sneakers, wristband — whatever you’ve got.
One Band. One Sound! 💚
❤️ Come Find Your People
One of the biggest reasons we're doing this is community.
We want to connect people who are trying to eat more fresh and local, incorporate more plants, take better care of themselves and make healthier choices — without feeling like they have to do it alone.
You don't have to already "eat healthy."
You don't have to be vegan.
You don't have to know anything about farmers markets.
You just have to be willing to come.
Maybe you'll leave with a new vegetable. Maybe you'll meet a farmer you want to support. Maybe you'll learn something about food you didn't know before.
And maybe you'll meet somebody who says:
“Girl, I'm trying to get healthier too.”
That's what makes this different.
We're not just shopping for produce.
We're learning where our food comes from, getting more comfortable with fresh foods, asking questions and finding people who want to grow alongside us.
Because at Meals From The Motha®, we believe real healthcare starts in the kitchen. 🌱
So grab your basket, put on that sundress and meet Motha at the Market. 🧺💚
Shop Local. Try Something New. Find Your People.
