What kind of Kingston do we want to build—and what do women need from the city to thrive, lead and grow?
LeverageHER Collective invites women in business, community leaders and interested Kingston residents to join us for an informal coffee chat with Conny Glenn, candidate for Mayor of Kingston.
This is not a formal speech or political presentation. It is an opportunity to sit together, ask meaningful questions and get to know the woman behind the campaign.
Come prepared to talk about the issues affecting you, your business and your community, including:
- The future of business and economic development in Kingston
- Affordability and the rising cost of living and doing business
- Housing, homelessness and community safety
- Making City Hall more accessible and responsive
- Supporting women entrepreneurs and local businesses
- Creating a Kingston where people can build meaningful lives and sustainable futures
Conny is a business owner, community builder and current Kingston city councillor. Her campaign focuses on housing, affordability, economic opportunity, community engagement and a City Hall that listens to the people it serves.
She is also participating in Daring to Share Elder Care Advocacy, demonstrating her willingness to show up, listen and engage in the difficult conversations affecting individuals and families in our community.
Whether you already know Conny, are still deciding how you will vote or simply want to better understand her vision for Kingston, you are welcome in the room.
