Taylor County United for Change | Community Meet & GreetEvery positive change starts with a conversation, and we believe it’s time for Taylor County residents to come together, get to know one another, and begin working toward a stronger community.
This first gathering will be an informal meet and greet where everyone is encouraged to introduce themselves, share their thoughts, and have open, respectful conversations about the issues affecting our community.
What to Expect:
* Meet fellow Taylor County residents who share a desire for positive change.
* Engage in light, open conversations about community concerns and opportunities for improvement.
* Bring a written list of your questions, concerns, and ideas for potential solutions.
* Share your thoughts on government accountability, infrastructure, public services, community development, and other local matters important to you.
Our Goal:
This first meeting is about listening, connecting, and identifying the issues that matter most to our residents. We aren’t expecting to solve everything in one evening, but we do want to establish a starting point.
The questions and concerns presented during this meet and greet will help us develop an organized agenda for our next meeting, where we can begin researching issues, exploring possible solutions, identifying the appropriate officials or agencies to contact, and establishing actionable goals.
Everyone is welcome!
This is not about political parties, personal agendas, or pointing fingers. It’s about bringing our community together, encouraging transparency and accountability, and finding productive ways to move forward.
You don’t have to agree with everyone to have a seat at the table. You simply have to care about the future of Taylor County.
