Discover the Magic of Water-Soluble Oil Painting—Without the Toxic Fumes!
For our upcoming beginner art class (all levels are welcome), choosing water-soluble oil paint over traditional acrylics offers the perfect, stress-free introduction to fine art. By selecting water-mixable oils, you gain the luxurious blending time, rich color depth, and tactile brush strokes of traditional oils.
Unlike acrylics, which dry in minutes and often darken as they cure, these modified oils stay beautifully workable for hours and look identical whether wet or dry—giving beginners plenty of time to explore techniques and easily correct mistakes.
Best of all, they provide a safe, low-odor workspace by eliminating the need for toxic solvents like turpentine or mineral spirits. You can thin your pigments with plain water, and when class is over, cleanup is as simple as washing your brushes with basic soap and warm water.
