Meditation for Real Life: Calm, Patience & Clarity
Life can feel full, especially with work, family, and constant demands on our attention. This three-week meditation course offers simple, practical techniques to help you reduce stress, respond with more patience, and bring greater clarity to everyday life.
Each class includes guided meditation and short, accessible teachings you can begin using right away at home, at work, and in your relationships.
Taught by Gen Khedrub, a Buddhist monk and meditation teacher with more than 30 years of experience.

September 22: Calm Your Mind, Reduce Stress
Practical tools for developing a calmer, more peaceful mind.
September 29: Respond with Patience and Wisdom
Learn to respond to challenges with greater patience and perspective.
October 6: Bring More Clarity to Life
Simple meditation insights for clearer thinking and wiser choices.
