**Meditation Monday**\*Every Monday at 6pm · Greenpoint, Brooklyn*
Get out of your head, into your body, and into your Greenpoint community.
Most of us carry the day home with us. The inbox, the to-do list, the conversation we keep replaying. Meditation Monday is a chance to put it down for forty-five minutes and come back to something steadier.
It’s a donation based weekly drop-in for anyone who wants to slow down. You don’t need experience, special clothes, or any idea of what you’re doing. You just need to show up.
**What to expect**
**6:00pm · Arrive and settle in**\
Find a seat, take a breath, and let the day fall away. We’ll open with a short, informal chat on mindfulness, meditation, or a piece of ancient philosophy. Nothing heavy, just something to sit with.
**6:10pm · Guided meditation**\
15 to 20 minutes of guided practice. I’ll talk you through it from start to finish, so whether this is your first time or you’re coming back to a practice you’ve let slip, you’ll know exactly what to do.
**6:30pm · Drinks and chats**\
Stick around for a drink and a conversation with the people who live and work around you. This is the part where strangers become neighbors.
**Who it’s for**\
Anyone who feels stretched thin, wound up, or just a little disconnected. Burned-out professionals, curious beginners, longtime meditators, people new to the neighborhood. If you’ve been meaning to start, this is your sign.
