✨ 1-Hour Session✨ Limited seating
✨ FREE to Attend
Come together in a peaceful, welcoming space to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and meditate together. No meditation experience is needed. Whether this is your first time meditating or already part of your practice, you are welcome to join us.
🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin with gentle grounding and breathing exercises to help relax the body, quiet the mind, and bring your awareness into the present moment. From there, we’ll move into a guided meditation focused on relaxation, body awareness, visualization, gratitude, calm, and personal intention. Soft high-healing-frequency music will play throughout the meditation. Different sessions may also incorporate sound practices such as singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and other instruments.
💎 CRYSTAL MEDITATION
Before we begin, you’ll be invited to choose a crystal from the shop that resonates with you to hold during the meditation.
There is no right or wrong crystal to choose—simply allow yourself to be drawn to one. Toward the end of our meditation, we’ll spend several quiet minutes sitting with our chosen crystals with minimal guidance, allowing the room and mind to settle.
🧘 WHAT TO BRING
Chairs will be provided. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and the willingness to take an hour to slow down and reconnect.
🌙 A NOTE ABOUT OUR SPACE
Our meditation takes place inside the mall, so occasional outside sounds such as footsteps, conversations, or everyday activity may be heard. Rather than needing complete silence, we’ll practice allowing those sounds to simply exist around us—acknowledging them without judgment and gently returning our attention to our breath, intention, music, and meditation.
Take an hour away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply be.
