Whether you’re completely new to meditation or looking to build a more consistent practice, this workshop is designed to help you discover an approach that works for you.
Meditation is not one-size-fits-all. During this interactive workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of meditation while exploring a variety of techniques. By experiencing multiple methods, you’ll have the opportunity to discover which style feels most natural and effective for your personality, goals, and lifestyle.

No prior meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
