About this Event
Teacher: Gen Kelsang Thekchen, a Kadampa Buddhist monk who has taught for more than 30 years. Schedule: Thursdays 10:00–11:15 AM, on Oct 8, Oct 22, Nov 5 and Nov 19, 2026.
Feeling joyful and connected to others is essential for our wellbeing, inner peace and happiness. Yet even when we're surrounded by people, a sense of connection can be elusive. In this drop-in series, Meditation & the Art of Feeling Connected, we explore simple but powerful meditations that gently open the heart and create a genuine feeling of connection with others.
Each class includes two guided meditations and a practical talk on a weekly topic, followed by time for questions. Classes are self-contained, so you're welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
Cost: $15 per class or $75 for the series, paid at the door (cash, debit or credit). Registering here is free and just helps us plan.
