The Buddhist Community at Stanford (BCAS) will host a public event featuring Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
About this Event

The morning program will include a guided meditation led by Rinpoche, from 9:45 AM to 11:30 AM at Circle Sanctuary, Old Union 3rd Floor.

We will also offer small group audience with Rinpoche at Circle Round room, from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. Sign up for this at https://forms.gle/4No2CSypF7r8ezSL7
Due to large volumn of requests and limited capacity, we are restricting this to Stanford-affiliates only for now.

In the afternoon, he will join Stanford Professors Benjamin Van Roy, and Myron Scholes for a panel titled “The Human Compass: Finding Direction in an Age of AI and Upheaval,” moderated by Jonathan Bi. This will take place at Memorial Church, 3 PM - 5 PM.

The panel will explore how Buddhist and contemplative perspectives can inform responses to rapid technological and social change, followed by audience Q&A.

Both the morning meditation and afternoon panel will be streamed on zoom: Join the Zoom meeting
