You will begin your evening with a peaceful guided meditiation, including sound therapy.
Then you will create a beautiful masterpiece using your very own figure with black on black paint and a paint roller. Then you can see yourself as a piece of art everyday. (Wear form-fitting clothing for an easier experience)
You will leave relaxed and rejuvinated. And you will have a new piece of art and a goodie bag.
