What is the St Francis Social? Good tunes + good dancing + a good crowd + for a good cause... basically, just a really good night out!
Inspired by the Catholic parish dances held around Brisbane during the 1950s – 1970s (ask your parents/grandparents about them!), the St Francis Social is a good ol' fashion dance/social mixer for Catholics in their 20s and 30s, with a bit of fundraising for thrown in for good measure. All profits from our Socials (including ticket sales, drink and snack purchases) are donated to a local Catholic charities and organisations doing amazing work in Brisbane.
