Meatless Meals: A Mexican Meal

For ages 18 & up

Join us for an exploration of some enticing, meatless dishes from Mexico. Working with a small team, you'll make a fresh salad; a stuffed chile; an enchilada-like dish with a tomato sauce; a savory, creamy corn pudding; and a classic dessert. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal.

• Entomatadas (Fried, Folded Corn Tortilla with Tomato Sauce) with Crema & Avocado

• Budin de Elote (Corn Pudding)

• Classic Flan

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
