In collaboration with The M**der Mystery Company, ADERO Scottsdale Resort invites you to an evening of Old Hollywood glamour, dinner, drinks, and intrigue.
Step into the 1930s and the estate of Sir Warren Peace, where an elegant party takes a deadly turn. Everyone has a story – and someone has something to hide. Question suspects, follow the clues, and compare theories as you work to uncover the killer.
THE EVENING
Begin with a welcome reception featuring passed canapés and drinks as you meet the cast and your fellow guests. After an introduction to the evening’s mystery and the rules of play, settle in for a buffet dinner and a live, three-act performance, with investigation breaks to gather clues and put your detective skills to the test.
DRESS THE PART
Channel the glamour of Old Hollywood with evening gowns, sharp suits, and vintage-inspired details. Dressing in theme is encouraged, but not required – cocktail attire is perfectly welcome.
DINNER & DRINKS
Savor passed canapés, followed by a lavish buffet featuring chef-carved sirloin, Hollywood Chicken à la King, Mahi Mahi Provençal, delicious sides, and seasonal salads, plus an assortment of desserts. Welcome drinks and wines for the table are included, with themed cocktails available for purchase at the cash bar.

A GRAND FINALE
The evening concludes with the big reveal and awards celebrating standout style, sleuthing, and participation. Select award winners will receive prizes ranging from spa and dining credits to complimentary stays at ADERO. Awards include: Best Dressed, Most Enthusiastic Detective, and Sharpest Sleuth (correctly identifies the killer).
