Drawing from the City & Guilds accredited programme, you will explore the core principles of effective maintenance, including strategic planning, reliability management, failure analysis and asset criticality within a practical, hands-on format. Designed to give you a snapshot of how structured maintenance strategies can improve reliability and reduce costs, this session offers a valuable glimpse into the full four-day course content without commitment.

Whether you're new to mechanical engineering or expanding your existing skills, you’ll work with our training rigs to explore essential mechanical tasks such as pulleys, belt drives, chains, bearings, and pump maintenance. This taster session will demonstrate key techniques from MCP’s Mechanical Maintenance Skills programmes and offer valuable insight into how structured mechanical training can bolster your team’s competence and operational reliability
