Free Strength & Line Dance!
Get ready to move and have fun! Join us on Tuesday mornings for a "Free" Strength & Line Dance session at St. Benedict African Parish Community Hall on 6550 S Harvard Ave. It’s a great way to get active, tone muscles, learn some easy dance moves, and meet awesome people :-)

- Bring a friend and enjoy working out together.
- 20mins. Strength-Bands provided + 50mins Line-Dance & 5min Announcements.
- Ventilated, Spacious, and Free onsite parking.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, wear comfortable clothing, and gym/dance shoes.
