Matt Gower:
Matt Gower is a folk singer-songwriter from Ottawa, Ontario. Matt’s music blends elements of alt-country, old-time Appalachian tunes, bluegrass, and roots-rock to underscore his dynamically powerful yet vulnerable vocals. Matt’s musical influences include Wilco, Jerry Garcia, Gillian Welch and The Milk Carton Kids. Throughout Matt’s journeys, a constant thread has held true: nothing carries more weight than connecting with an audience through the power of song.
Matt’s latest album Vacated Shapes cites equal influence from Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska and Jason Isbell's Foxes in the Snow. Matt self-produced Vacated Shapes with a minimalist ethos in order to let his songwriting and raw emotion shine through loud and clear.

Amanda Cottreau:
Amanda is a generous woman with a conscious, intuitive, and consistent will to connect people. Her music expresses a desire to love and be loved, as well as the nuances of what it means to have those desires in a complex world. Her music is introspective, comforting, delicate and captivating.
Over the last 26 years, this melody seamstress has been refining her hauntingly beautiful unclassifiable brand of music, elevating sadness to triumph and desolation to celebration. As alluring as the sculpted landscapes skirting the Bay of Fundy, Amanda's voice will leave an unforgettable impression.
"Canadian singer-songwriter Amanda Cottreau blends haunting melodies with themes of love and redemption. Her tunes are wrought with internal conflict but always seem to offer some sort of resolution through self-awareness. While she cites Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan and Sarah Harmer as influences, Cottreau has a voice all her own." ~ Collin Elliott, STEREOFAME
