Join us Sunday November 1st in saying farewell to our partner at The Sanctum, Matt Boschert who’s been helping us run this place for the last 10 years as he moves off to his new home in North Carolina. Come out and celebrate with him one last time as we host our @sternpinball Fallout Premium launch party. Everyone is welcome and we hope you all can make it to give Matt a great send off. Doors will be at 1pm and tournament will start at 2pm. $25 entry fee for the day. Trophies for top 3. Cash payouts and random prize raffles to giveaway. Custom event patches will be made and handed out for everyone who plays. Format will be pace Matchplay. You will play in groups of 4. Scoring of 7/5/3/1. Play will continue for 6 rounds. After the 6th round everyone below 24 points will be eliminated. After round 6 the line will go up by 7 points every round. So after round 7 you will have to have 31 points or you are eliminated. Play continues until only one player can make it above the cut line after a round. Expect a crowd 70-100 people. Event will grade out in the high 90’s for TGP percent for those looking at WPPR points from the IFPA. All games used in this event will be made before 1993 to keep things fast paced and more social.
There will be an Insider Connected high score contest on Fallout. As you’ve come to expect with us this won’t be a normal high score contest. Be prepared to launch some nukes and stay tuned for the rest of the details on the high score contest.
To register in advanced you can sign up on matchplay. Signing up in advanced will help us gauge crowd size and also speed up the start of the tournament. Advanced registration will close Thursday night 10/29 at midnight and after that you will still be able to sign up by doing so at the door when we open.
