Mats & Minis at BusyKids Play
Mats & Minis is a welcoming mommy-and-me movement class created to give moms a space to move, reconnect with themselves, and build community—without having to leave their little ones behind. Our 45-minute classes blend Pilates, barre, and sculpt-inspired movements with a fun, relaxed environment where babies and toddlers are encouraged to participate in their own way, whether they’re on the mat, being carried, enjoying a snack, or making friends.
Each class is filled with movement, connection, little moments of joy, and thoughtful touches that make mamas and minis look forward to coming back. The class is designed for little ones ages 0–5 and their grown-ups.
This time, class will take place inside of Buys Kids Play in Folsom. BusyKids Folsom is a unique indoor play town where little ones can play, create, and imagine! Designed around hands-on, imaginative play, children can explore a miniature town inspired by local businesses while building confidence, creativity, and social skills.
You will get to enjoy a 45 minute mat class followed by 45 minutes of play for your mini, as well as an opportunity to enjoy the full-service espresso bar and cafe with free WiFi, food, beverages, and grown up drinks!
Please bring your yoga mat & grippy socks for you and your mini.
