Pregnancy is an exciting and transformative journey, and you don't have to navigate it alone. The Gutin Program provides compassionate support, trusted education, and personalized care to help you feel confident and prepared for your baby's arrival.

Our services are available to expectant parents and their loved ones, creating a supportive community during pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond.

• Educational Classes to help you prepare for pregnancy, labor and delivery, newborn care, and the transition to parenthood.
• Maternity Support Groups where you can connect with other parents, share experiences, and build meaningful support networks.
• Maternal Mental Health Therapy providing professional guidance and emotional support throughout your journey.
• Pelvic Floor Therapy to support your physical health and recovery during and after pregnancy.

As you prepare for your growing family, questions and decisions are sure to arise. Our OB Nurse Navigator provides complimentary one-on-one guidance, resources, and support tailored to your needs.

Whether you need help understanding your options, accessing services, or simply finding reassurance along the way, we're here to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered.

Get an inside look at what to expect during your hospital stay through our virtual maternity department tour. Photos of our labor and delivery suites, postpartum rooms, operating rooms, nursery, and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) will be shared throughout the session.

We'll also review routine maternity procedures and important hospital information, including:

• Parking information
• What to expect during your stay
